Dew Point
The temperature to which air must be cooled, at approximately constant pressure and moisture content, to become saturated.
When air temperature approaches this value, condensation may occur as dew, cloud or fog if suitable conditions exist. A small temperature–dew-point difference indicates high relative humidity, but it does not by itself establish when or where fog will form.
