Occulting (Oc)

A light with more light than dark (is on for longer than it is off).

Occulting refers to a type of navigational light in which the light is regularly visible but intermittently obscured at regular intervals. The light is on for longer periods than off, creating a distinctive pattern for mariners to recognise and use for navigation.
